Guelph Rowing Club 2012 Rowing Program Fees

IMPORTANT: Please read this page to the bottom, to become aware of the Club’s Registration Process, Private Shell Storage  Policy, fee breakdown, volunteer hours, and membership/refund policies. Please note that fees showing the HST separately are provided on the RCA program registration website. HST is included in these fees below.

STORAGE for Private Boats
Single – Year Round Amount due to GRC   $ 200.00  (($176.99 +$23.01 HST)
Double/Pair – Year Round Amount due to GRC   $ 250.00  ($221.24 + $28.76 HST)
The GRC allows boat storage for GRC member rowers only. Program fees must be paid in full, in addition to the boat storage fee, at the time of registration. Boat storage fees cannot be paid for part of a year and are non- refundable under any circumstances. The GRC Private Shell Storage Policy should be read by all private boat owners wishing to arrange for paid storage at GRC: GRC Private Shell Storage Policy. When registering and paying program fees, the Private Shell Storage Acknowledgment must be signed, see Forms.

Refunds
The GRC policy is that there will be no refunds of program fees. Under special circumstances, a program fee may be partially refunded. This is based on provision of timely, officially documented medical reasons, which cannot have pre-existed at the time of joining GRC. This decision is solely at the discretion of the Board,  and subject to deduction of fees committed on behalf of the registrant.

Volunteer Hours 2013
Guelph Rowing Club is a community organization run entirely by volunteers. A
ll members of the GRC are expected to contribute 20 hours of volunteer time. Each volunteer time is recorded in the Volunteer Record Book at the GRC boathouse.  Visit the Volunteering page to learn more about this important club program.

Registration Deadline and Late Fee:
Deadline Date for Registration:  April 30th of each year
Late Fee: 10% after April 30th

Donations to GRC, are eligible for a tax receipt and most welcome. Please include a separate cheque for the donation to Guelph Rowing Club.
