Hello Club Members,
Please see attached The Guelph Rowing Club Proof of COVID 19 completed vaccination protocol that aligns with Row Ontario Requirements and Wellington Dufferin Public Health Order.
In order to meet Row Ontario Requirements, and specifically the recent Wellington Dufferin Public Health Order, all Captains responsible for each row are required to confirm their second dose receipt of vaccination by connecting with one of the following Board Members at the designated times or an agreed upon time with the Board Member.
Active volunteers working inside or outside the boathouse are requested to show their receipt of the second dose COVID 19 vaccination to their specific program lead as identified in the attached document.
Captains who are planning on signing up to be a captain during a time slot over the next few weeks of rowing, please plan to attend one of the following times to show receipt of vaccination and/or reach out to one of the following Board Members to arrange a time prior to Sunday, October 3, 2021.
