Dear GRC Members:
We have openings for the 2023-2025 term which will commence immediately following the AGM (date to be confirmed). Think about someone who you believe can make a strong contribution to the club as a member of the Board. All names will be considered.
Each position is for a two-year term. Nominations must be endorsed by two members in good standing with the consent of the nominee. A nomination form may be found by clicking here to view the Google Doc. To fill in the form select “File” in the top left-hand corner, then go to “Download” and select “Word Doc”. This will allow you to save the form to your computer, complete it, and email it as an attachment. If there are any issues with the form please email Abby Smith (info@guelphrowing.ca)
We will take nominations up until 5pm on March 1, 2023. Please deliver a completed nomination form to any current member of the Board or Member of the Nomination Committee (noted below).
Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting (date to be confirmed).
